Fees

My fee is $200 per session with some flexibility in fees for those wishing to come more often than once a week.  Patients may pay for services using a credit card, debit card, or hsa/fsa card through my EHR portal, SimplePractice.

 

I am In Network with the following insurances:

Anthem

Blue Shield of California

Blue Cross/Blue Shield Federal and other states

Carelon

Compsych

Cigna/Evernorth

Medicare

 

If you have another insurance, for which I am Out of Network, I am happy to submit claims to your insurance, electronically on your behalf. 

If you plan to seek third party reimbursement, please contact your insurance company prior to the first session and ask the following questions:

  • What percentage of my bill will be paid for services obtained from an out-of-network provider?
  • What percentage of my bill will be paid for services obtained from an in-network provider (Anthem, Cigna, Beacon, Compsych)?
  • How many sessions will be covered per calendar year?
  • Do I have a deductible, and does it apply to behavioral health claims?
  • What is my co-payment?
