Fees
Patients may pay for services using cash or check. I do not accept credit cards or bill insurance companies. However, as mentioned earlier, there are some sliding scale slots for those who cannot afford the standard fee of $125 per session, and some flexibility in fees for those wishing to come more often than once a week. I will be happy to provide you with a statement of services rendered if you wish to seek reimbursement from your insurance company.
If you plan to seek third party reimbursement, it is advisable to contact your insurance company prior to the first session and ask the following questions:
- What percentage of my bill will be paid for services obtained from an out-of-network provider?
- How many sessions will be covered per calendar year?
- What is my deductible?
- What is my co-payment?
